The Level 5 Award in Management is a qualification designed to develop middle managers.  Filled with tools, techniques and best practice, this programme will raise the skills and knowledge of your managers to ensure business objectives are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

    How and what will I learn?
    The programme is broken downs into a number of modules, each covering the ILM mandatory subjects in addition to subjects recommended by Crownship
    Each module will be studied via a workbook, with tutor support throughout. Assignments will be completed to clarify understanding and put learning into context. Your tutor will meet with you prior to the programme for an introductory session, and will hold relevant review meetings with you throughout the duration of the programme.
    Completion of a Continuing Professional Development Plan are required to ensure learning has taken place and achieve the Award.
