Professional Sales Negotiation (2 days)

Negotiation skills are an important aspect in today’s complex and difficult environment. A professionally applied sales negotiation that is structured to successfully handle a buyer’s tactics through compromise and agreement, can add extra profit to sales revenue.
This ethical two day negotiation training course covers all areas of the negotiation process.
Primarily developed for sales, but applies also to other negotiations, such as contracts negotiating. It will also help participants to develop their negotiating strategies and approaches to complex negotiations, dealing with difficult situations. Helping participants to refine their personal skills and behaviors as negotiators.
At the end of the course candidates will be equipped with an in-depth understanding of negotiation:
  • Recognising the phases involved in all negotiations
  • Knowing how to prepare and plan before each of the 8 negotiation phases
  • Establish and maintain control throughout the negotiation process
  • Knowing how influencing and persuasion skills contribute to a productive negotiation
  • Being better able to handle difficult people and conflict situations
  • Working more effectively as part of a negotiating team
